Peachy - Kos, Greece 2001
I was the first to be sent the famous adventuring Peachy to take on holiday, and around locally with me in the UK.
Here are some of her travels.
These start in Surrey (UK) and move on to Greek island of Kos,and a bit of the Turkish mainland.
Peachy also watched a concert in London, Hyde Park and saw Woking's "War of the Worlds" alien....

Peachy rested. Didn't come snorkelling in case of hair damage,
poor thing.

|
As well as visiting a museum of statues and a Roman house, Kos Town, Peachy found a new friend
right at the back of a shelf in a remote toyshop on the way :)
(He was found behind some hideous fakies with big white teeth, one of which blew bubbles out of
its head. Oddly called "My Beautiful Pony").
My boyfriend and I visited a beach with hot springs - Peachy didn't want to be damaged or
stolen so stayed in the car!
|
|
|
Sat 7th July
|
Last day, too windy for pony pics or Peachy may have been lost at sea!
Visited a cafe in the mountains at Pyli called "Bubbles Bar" out of principle :)
Ate near beach at Mastihari (spoted another pony place, "Sea Breeze"!)

This pub has a special "spooky" basement where goths listen to loud, strange music.
Peachy decline to appear with a friendly gargoyle and hid in the rucksack!

Baby Glory - Canada May 2002
These pictures were taken when we stayed in Ottawa, visiting a friend.
Baby Glory went on lots of walks to nature reserves, visited Montreal and had lots of pictures taken!
All the pictures from the holiday are on my Yahoo gallery; remember to click "Show All" to see everything.
Apologies if the pictures below only work intermittantly, but they're stored on Yahoo and tend to do that :S

2003s - Woking July 2003
These pictures were taken at a UK meet in Woking on July 12th. Tic-tac-toe, Purple Pen, Cornish Pony & family attended.
The aim was to find 2003 ponies at Toys R Us, and as you can see, we succeeded!
There's also a pic below of a toy farm we saw in a charity shop - complete with "fakie" squeaky pony!
Unfortunately Lickety Split's cafe was shut, but we still have some pictures of it.
